Salient Features of our HSE Management
- ISO 14001:2004 for Environmental Management System
- OHS AS 18001: 2007 for Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
- We have a full-time,qualified Safety Engineer employed by us.
- All workers are given safety induction training every six months.
- All workers have personal protective equipment (uniform, safety shoes, safety helmet, gloves etc.) which are mandatory at all our sites.
- Prior to start of the job, safety tool box talks are held in every site by rotation,everyday.
- All LPG Cylinders used at site have flash back arrestors (non-return valve) to prevent any fire accident at site
- Safety inspection in all sites is carried out at regular intervals by our Safety Engineer.
- Safety Audits are conducted jointly by our Safety Engineer along with Main Contractor's Safety Personnel in all major jobs.
- Adherence to Health Safety Environment Management System is the first and foremost responsibility of the employees of Nash Engineering FZco.
- The Policy and Objectives of HSE Management System is defined by the Top Management and is driven down to the workforce.
- The HSE department ensures the system implementation at different levels in the organization and it is inline with the identified requirements.
- All new employees are given complete induction training on their HSE roles and responsibilities for job related trainings are identified based on the competency skill sets of individual employees.
- Employees are sent for all external trainings by the Approved Third Party Agency by EHS.
- In-house trainings are organized with external training providers for the Managerial Staff on various HSE topics.
- HSE Key performance indicators are identified at different levels and continuous monitoring on the same is carried out.
- Resource conservation & Monitoring on the environmental performance is continuous to ensure compliance with the requirements.
- Personal Protective Equipments are provided to all employees and strict adherence to the same is initiated.
- Inputs contributed by the employees on the organizational growth and proactive approach in terms of HSE are suitably rewarded by the Top Management to ensure a positive HSE culture and continual improvement.
HSE TRAINING
The Company has well established training programme to impart skill and knowledge to the personnel enabling them to perform efficiently.Training is imparted by both internal and external resources.
